Welcome to the chicago Temple Building

The Chicago Temple Building located at 77 West Washington Street is a historic 21-story office tower managed by Colliers International. The 200,000 rentable square feet building and was built in 1924 with a full renovation completed in 2018.  Located on the southeast corner of Clark and Washington - across the street from Daley Center, the County Building and City Hall, and one block south of the State of Illinois Building- The Chicago Temple Building is in the heart of Chicago's financial, business and legal community.

This historic French Gothic gray and white Bedford stone building was designed by famed Chicago architects Holabird & Roche. The Chicago Temple offers prestigious office space and superior service including around the clock building staffing and a full-time on-site property management team. Home of The First United Methodist Church of Chicago, The Temple is named in the Guinness Book of World Records as the world's tallest church building with a spire reaching 568 feet above ground.

The church sanctuary, offices, classrooms and choir rooms occupy the lower level and the first four floors. A three-level parsonage and sky chapel are in the tower. Professional office space is provided for lease on the fourth through the twenty-first floors.
